On the 11th of October, 2020 CALID staff together with convenors of the League of Youth Association-Northern region were at Gushegu following an invitation by the Gushegu Suhudoo Naa (Naa Sergeant Yakubu Abdulai ) to launch a Peace campaign in the area ahead of the 2020 general elections of Ghana.The forum brought together various stakeholders across the Dagbon kingdom. This goes a long way to compliment activities on a project implemented by CALID in four districts of Northern region titled “Vigilante Citizens for a Peaceful Election 2020” that geared towards the promotion of peace before,during and after the 2020 general elections. Let’s all endeavor to pledge to peace ahead of the elections in Ghana.
